2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Service Interruptions: We do not offer refunds for interruptions caused by external factors, such as DDoS attacks, general internet issues, or other disruptions outside our control.
• Violation of Terms: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
